daarling
daarling began in 2018 as a collaborative project between friends, taking many forms throughout the years with many different musicians. At the core, daarling has always been an indie rock band, playing several shows in 2019 before the pandemic in 2020.
The band shifted late 2019 when two of the main members, Andrew Bess and Erin Lyle, moved to Chicago. The band has been writing music there ever since, and is now playing as a four piece based in Chicago, going on self-booked tours often.
daarling’s debut album, “The Deep Within,” was released October 20th, 2023. This album is a mix of new and old songs from throughout the time spent collaborating with past members, friends and now.
The band is set to release a new single and music video for their song, “slow”, that releases on May 01, 2026. More music releases to follow later in the year.
